About the Role:
We're looking for a Field Sales Rep/Executive to grow OneLot's dealer network by actively prospecting, visiting, and converting used car dealers into active financing partners.
This is a field-based sales role for someone who enjoys being on the ground, starting conversations with business owners, building trust quickly, and turning prospects into long-term partners. You will be responsible for identifying new dealer opportunities, pitching OneLot's financing solutions, driving first usage, and growing product adoption among assigned accounts.
You will play a direct role in expanding OneLot's lending business by converting new dealers, increasing loan utilization, and helping partners see the value of our financing products in their day-to-day operations.
This role is ideal for someone who is target-driven, confident in field prospecting, and motivated by the challenge of opening new accounts and growing a sales portfolio.
