Our client, a growing company in the manufacturing and distribution industry, is looking for a
Field Sales Representative to manage and grow customer accounts across
North Davao, with a focus on
Tagum City and Davao del Norte.
This role is ideal for a
customer-focused and goal-oriented sales professional who enjoys building client relationships and working in the field. The successful candidate will visit existing and potential clients, present company products, develop new business opportunities, and ensure assigned sales targets are achieved.
The position will also involve maintaining strong customer relationships, monitoring account growth, and submitting timely sales reports and updates.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit existing and potential clients within the assigned territory.
- Build strong customer relationships and grow accounts.
- Present and sell company products.
- Identify new business opportunities.
- Submit timely sales reports.
- Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs
Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4-year course.
- Sales experience is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in FMCG, retail, or distribution is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented and customer-focused.
- Willing to do field work within North Davao.
- Can start immediately (preferred)
