Job Summary
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of sales experience in electronics, gadgets, or cameras and must be willing to perform fieldwork in Quezon City and nearby areas. This role requires someone who can build strong customer relationships, meet sales targets, and grow our client base through proactive selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field sales activities including client visits, product demonstrations, and follow-ups
- Generate new leads and business opportunities through networking, cold-calling, and market research
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers and partners
- Achieve monthly sales quotas and targets
- Present and explain product features, specifications, and benefits to clients
- Provide accurate and timely sales reports and market feedback to management
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support
- Keep updated with the latest trends and developments in electronics and gadgets
- Attend product training and sales meetings as required.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, specifically in electronics, gadgets, or cameras
- Must have own motorcycle and be willing to use it for fieldwork (Gas allowance will be provided.)
- Must be willing to do fieldwork and travel within Quezon City and nearby areas.
- Must have knowledge of different brands of gadgets and their uses.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Goal-driven and comfortable working with quotas/targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with retail/trading sales processes is an advantage.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and customer-focused.
- Existing pool of clients is a strong advantage.
