The EXCLUSIVE distributor of Baic Auto here in the Philippines needs a Field Sales Manager!

Below Are The Responsibilities Of a FIELD SALES MANAGER

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all field sales personnel.
  • Manage and oversee all field sales operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase field sales productivity and effectiveness
  • Monitor and evaluate field sales performance against targets and objectives.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring and development support to field sales personnel.
  • Identify training and development needs of field sales staff and provide relevant training programs.
  • Foster a positive working environment within the team that encourages collaboration, innovation and high performance.
  • Sets sales targets for team and dealerships.
  • Receives annual sales goals from executives, implements them accordingly, and regularly review sales figures.
  • Ensure field sales team meets said sales objective.
  • Holds regular team meetings to share expectations, ideas and best practices and reviews
  • Establishes techniques to maximize productivity and efficiency of the dealership performance.
  • Often takes part in business meetings or calls when negotiating large contracts with major dealers.
  • Organizes, coordinates and implements training for new sales representative.
  • Coordinate with the sales head to establish quarterly and monthly objectives and adjust as needed.
  • Develop individual and team quotas.
  • Evaluate and adjust the performance of new and existing dealerships.
  • Maintains professional knowledge by attending required educational workshops. . Assess current procedures and pinpoints areas with potential for improvement of the dealership.
  • Coordinate with Dealers for the pull-out of their firm orders.
  • Visit dealerships to discuss issues and formulate plan to attain the sales target of the Dealer.
  • Assess the needs of the dealers and provide support if necessary to move the inventory of the dealer
  • Other tasks assigned by the Management.

To be successful in this role you must be

  • A college graduate with a 4-year degree in BS/BA in Business Administration, Marketing and Communications or any relevant field.
  • At least 10 years of managerial experience in related field.
  • Has proven experience as a Field Sales Manager or similar.
  • Ability to develop and administer insightful market research protocols.
  • Capacity to sustain consequential working relationships.
  • Cautiously optimistic, personable, and resolute.
  • Knowledgeable with sales techniques.
  • Self-motivated with a desire for success
  • Great leadership skills with a coaching mindset
  • Excellent phone, in-person, and written communication skills.

Working pattern and location:

Join Date: March 2026

Employment Type: Full-time Employee

Work Location: On-site

Working Hours: 45 hours, 5 days per week (7:30 AM to 5:30 PM)

Workdays: Monday - Friday

Location: 933 Epifanio de los Santos Ave, Philam, Quezon City, Metro Manila
