Field Sales Executive

About the role

The Field Sales Executive role at The Italian Food Specialists, Inc. is a critical position responsible for driving sales growth and maintaining strong customer relationships across the Makati City Metro Manila region. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be the face of our premium Italian food brand, engaging with key accounts and prospective clients to secure new business opportunities and ensure exceptional customer service.

What you'll be doing

1. Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share
2. Building and nurturing long-term relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions
3. Identifying and prospecting new sales leads, negotiating contracts, and closing deals
4. Providing regular feedback and updates to the sales management team on market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities
5. Collaborating with the marketing team to implement effective promotional campaigns and drive brand awareness
6. Ensuring excellent customer service and resolving any issues or complaints in a timely manner

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a field sales or account management role, preferably within the food and beverage industry
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers at all levels
3. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and a passion for driving business growth
4. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and provide customer-centric solutions
5. Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in using MS Office suite
6. Fluency in English and Filipino, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
