Job Description
Job Title: Growth Officer
Location: Kanpur, Lucknow & Agra
Qualification: Graduate in any stream
Experience: 1–4 years of FMCG field sales experience
Job Role: Responsible for field sales, market visits, distributor and retailer management, market expansion, and achieving sales targets.
Salary & Benefits:
- CTC: Up to ₹1.70 LPA
- TA/DA: ₹305 per day
- Incentives: Up to ₹7,000 per month
Employment Type: Full-time, on-roll profile.
