Hiring: Head of Field Sales – Philippines

Having built a profitable business with strong product-market fit in Indonesia, the company is now entering an exciting new phase of regional expansion into the Philippines. This is an opportunity to join a high-growth fintech and play a key role in shaping its next chapter of growth.

We're looking for someone who knows what happens on the streets.

Someone who can look at a map, spot an opportunity, redeploy 200 sales reps by lunchtime, and still spend the afternoon meeting merchants.

This is a high-ownership, high-impact role where you'll shape the go-to-market strategy, lead a 200-member field sales force, and directly influence how the business wins market by market.

What you'll own:

• Build and scale merchant acquisition across the Philippines
• Own territory planning and daily deployment strategy
• Lead, coach and inspire a fleet of 200 field sales agents
• Drive sales performance through data, execution and operational excellence
• Partner with leadership to shape GTM strategy in a brand-new market

We're looking for someone who:

• Has 15–20 years of experience leading large field sales or distribution teams
• Has managed 150+ frontline sales professionals across multiple regions
• Comes from Retail, FMCG, Telco, Payments, Merchant Acquiring, Fintech or Direct Distribution
• Believes the best insights come from the field—not just reports
• Has built high-performing teams and consistently delivered ambitious growth targets
