We are looking for driven and results-oriented Field Sales Agents to join our growing team. If you are passionate about sales, enjoy working on the field, and have strong local market connections, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve assigned KPIs and meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for sales, store visits, and productive calls.

-Regularly visit and develop assigned stores/accounts to secure orders and build strong client relationships.

-Ensure proper product visibility and merchandising using sales toolkits, sample products, promos, and coupons.

-Monitor deliveries, follow up on orders, and resolve customer concerns promptly.

-Track competitor activities, pricing trends, and market movements; submit timely field reports and insights.

-Support onboarding and collaborate with fellow Field Sales Agents when needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

-Willing and able to conduct daily fieldwork.

-Preferably owns a motorcycle for mobility within assigned areas.

-Familiar with and ideally has existing connections within FMCG channels, including supermarkets and sari-sari stores in the assigned area.

-Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

-Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and can work with great initiative.
