Island Maxx is looking for dynamic, goal-driven, and customer-focused individuals to join our growing sales team as Field Sales Agents. Island Maxx Fiber Internet & HD Cable is the newest internet and digital connectivity brand powered by Bohol Island CATV, Inc. (BICTV) and Zafra Cable TV Network, Inc., delivering high-speed Fiber Internet and Crystal Clear HD Digital Cable TV services across Bohol.
We are part of a growing group of regional cable and broadband companies that includes Kalibo Cable TV Network, Inc. (Aklan including Boracay Island), KC Broadband, Inc., Fil Vision (Roxas City, Capiz), Culasi Cable (Antique), and Cable Star (Iloilo).
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field sales, saturation drives, and area marketing activities within assigned territories
- Promote and sell Fiber Internet and HD Digital Cable TV subscriptions to residential and business customers
- Perform house-to-house selling, booth activations, and community engagements
- Generate qualified leads and achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Build strong relationships with homeowners, barangays, SMEs, and local partners
- Explain product features, service plans, promos, and application requirements clearly to customers
- Assist subscribers with application processing and account endorsements
- Submit accurate daily sales reports, lead trackers, and pipeline updates
- Coordinate closely with installation, customer service, and technical teams
- Represent Island Maxx professionally during events, activations, and marketing campaigns
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Communications, or any related course
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Experience in telecommunications, ISP, cable TV, FMCG, direct selling, or field sales is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with fieldwork and outdoor sales activities
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-oriented
- Familiar with social media, digital marketing, and mobile applications
- Must be willing to travel within Tagbilaran City, Dauis, and Panglao Island
