Field Operations Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or any related field.
• At least 2–4 years of supervisory or area management experience, preferably in field operations.
• Willing to travel within the Greater Manila Area.
• Familiarity with compliance, reporting, and operational metrics.
• Schedule: Monday - Friday (8am-6pm)

Job description:

• Supervise and manage field personnel across assigned locations within GMA .
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and service standards.
• Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and audits to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal departments (HR, Admin, Finance, IT, etc.) as needed.
• Assist in staff training, coaching, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Support management in achieving KPIs, SLAs, and departmental goals.
• Monitor daily operations, attendance, productivity, and performance of assigned teams.
