Field Operations Monitoring & Support Specialist (Full-Time, Remote)
This is not a passive admin role.
If you're someone who naturally spots inconsistencies, questions what doesn't add up, and takes initiative without being told, keep reading.
You'll be monitoring real-time field activity and making sure what's being reported is actually happening. This role requires focus, pattern recognition, and a high standard for accuracy.
If you prefer simple, repetitive tasks with clear instructions, this is not the right fit.
What You'll Do
- Monitor canvasser activity in real time (door knocks, timestamps, GPS/location data)
- Analyze activity logs to identify inconsistencies or suspicious behavior
- Cross-reference field activity with internal communication in Slack
- Investigate potential time fraud or inaccurate reporting
- Report findings clearly and accurately to leadership
- Proactively identify patterns and issues (not just react to obvious ones)
- Manage onboarding/offboarding of users in Slack and Pulsar (Salesforce-based system)
- Support additional operational tasks as needed
Work Schedule
- Full-time (40 hours/week)
- Monday–Friday
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM MST US HOURS (1-hour lunch)
This role requires active, real-time monitoring during working hours.

Experience
- Mid-level experience in operations, admin, compliance, or similar roles preferred
- Experience with tools like Slack or CRM systems is a plus (not required)
- Training will be provided
