The Opportunity

The Field Operations Shift Leader is responsible for overseeing daily field operations, ensuring services are delivered efficiently, accurately, and in accordance with established standards.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field.
• At least 2–3 years of relevant operations experience.
• Experience in cash logistics, banking, security services, or field operations is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to coordinate and manage multiple operational teams and activities.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, analytical, problem-solving, communication, planning, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and make timely decisions in a fast-paced operational environment.
