Job Description

Sales Leadership & Business Performance

  • Plan, lead, and execute annual and monthly sales targets, including encoded, approved applications, and booking metrics
  • Drive the achievement of volume targets through effective management of approval and booking conversion ratios
  • Lead the execution of branch sales and marketing initiatives, ensuring timely implementation and post-activity evaluation
  • Recommend and implement business-generating programs, analyzing effectiveness based on measurable results

Branch Operations & Business Development

  • Assist the Area Sales Head in developing and executing the annual sales plan, including marketing initiatives and SMEP programs
  • Conduct regular SWOT analysis and performance reporting, providing data-driven insights to management
  • Monitor and manage branch operating expenses within the approved budget
  • Ensure clear roles, accountability, and performance alignment within the branch team
  • Enforce security, safety, and asset protection measures across branch operations

Dealer & Stakeholder Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and business partners through regular engagement and field visits
  • Manage and optimize dealer and customer investment utilization within the branch coverage
  • Educate dealers on company policies, processes, and application procedures
  • Address and resolve dealer concerns and issues, escalating when necessary to ensure timely resolution

Team Leadership & Capability Development

  • Lead, coach, and develop field sales personnel to improve planning, execution, and performance outcomes
  • Evaluate team performance and provide structured feedback, coaching, and development plans
  • Identify training needs and drive capability-building initiatives
  • Support succession planning and talent development within the branch

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Monitor completeness and accuracy of loan documentation and booking requirements (e.g., ORCR)
  • Identify and mitigate operational and business risks that may impact performance

Customer & Issue Resolution

  • Handle escalations related to team, dealer, or operational concerns
  • Ensure timely and effective resolution of issues through coordination with relevant departments
