Field Marketing Representative

Profile Requirements

• Preferably with experience in Seeds or Crop Protection industry.
• Strong familiarity and engagement experience with growers and channels within area of responsibility.
• Good moral standing and does not have pending issues with channels.
• Can work and be reliable under pressure. Meet deadlines and promptly submission of required reports.
• Based in area of responsibility, preferrable a local from the area assignment.
• Owns a valid Driver's license and knows how to safely drive a motorcycle.

Main Tasks

• Reach farmers/growers thru field marketing activities (farmer's meeting, regular coverage)
• Educate and promote the product to growers in assigned area.
• Introduce growers to authorized dealers and distributors to drive sales and conversion.

Detailed Tasks

• Field Marketing Representative shall be fully dedicated in reaching more Farmers/Growers to support the moveout of the product and will focus on the following:

1. Conduct Field Marketing activities to Farmers/Growers
2. Conduct regular call coverage to unique Farmers/Growers.
3. Enrollment of Farmers/Growers in company app.
4. Submission of required reports.
5. Other activities to support grounding of product.
