As a Field Force Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of field promoters across multiple retail locations, ensuring high performance, compliance, and exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage field promoters to achieve operational and business KPIs.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor attendance, productivity, retail execution, and promoter performance.
- Coordinate with HR agencies on recruitment, onboarding, deployment, training, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and brand standards.
- Monitor manpower deployment and optimize field operations.
- Analyze performance data and provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency.
- Prepare regular reports and collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Field Force Management, Retail Operations, Trade Marketing, Sales Operations, or Account Management.
- Experience in the Retail Mobile and Consumer Electronics industry is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
