Field Force Capability Analyst
The Field Force Capability Analyst is responsible for managing, analyzing, and maintaining training and capability-related data across the field force organization. The role serves as the primary custodian of training databases, learning management systems, training trackers, and capability reports, ensuring data accuracy and providing actionable insights to support business decisions.
This position also plays a key role in the administration and calculation of national sales incentives by coordinating with multiple stakeholders, including Field Sales, Field Marketing, Channel Planning, Finance, and People & Culture. Through data-driven reporting, dashboard development, and operational support, the role contributes to the effectiveness of field force capability programs and overall business performance.
As a Field Force Capability Analyst, you will:
- Maintain and manage field force training databases, learning management systems, national training monitors, and consolidated training schedules.
- Serve as the primary custodian of capability and training-related data, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and timely updates.
- Gather and consolidate data from various departments to support capability initiatives and reporting requirements.
- Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and analyses on training activities, field force performance, and capability metrics.
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with Channel Planning, Finance, People & Culture, Field Sales, and Field Marketing to gather data required for incentive computation.
- Prepare and validate monthly sales incentive calculations while monitoring budget utilization and incentive effectiveness.
- Support the administration of incentive-related processes, including final pay computations for resigned and terminated employees.
- Provide administrative support to the Capability team, including procurement requests, budget tracking, onboarding coordination, and other operational activities.
- Act as a backup and support resource for Capability Specialists whenever required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Statistics, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience in data management, reporting, data interpretation, and generating business insights.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools is an advantage.
- Knowledge of dashboard development, reporting automation, and data analysis techniques is highly preferred.
- Experience in sales operations, capability development, training administration, or training needs analysis is an advantage.
- Strong data organization, process management, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple functions and manage confidential information responsibly.
