Job Responsibilities
- Lead Marketing Arms ( MA ) table audit and/or assist Senior Finance Officer in MA Table Audit.
- Review and check MA Reports and all reconciliation.
- Implementation and review of financial policies and procedures.
- Provide training and assistance to Finance Assistant and MA Back Office.
- Checking of MA expense for replenishment.
- Checking of MA items for CMDM.
- Update specific reports and other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Graduate of Bachelor Degree of Accountancy or any Finance related field.
- With atleast 2yrs of experience in general bookkeeping / accounting
- Knowledgeable in XERO system or any Accounting System is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word and PPT.
- To be assigned at Commonwealth, Quezon City but willing to travel anywhere in the Philippines
