As an Estimator, you will be trained to do the following:
- Analyze architectural plans and actual measurements
- Prepare a materials cost estimate for roofing materials and insulation
- Prepare cutting list/production writing
- Check job order before production
- Provide shop drawing and details
- Perform other related duties that may be deemed necessary.
Minimum Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
- Civil Engineer license holder is an advantage
- Knowledgeable in using AutoCAD, STAAD or Sketch up
- Hardworking and has a keen eye for details
- No fear of heights
- Open to field works
