Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering - PRC license (preferred)
- Experience in construction or site engineering
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and construction tools
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in Mandarin (both written and spoken)
Key Requirements:
- Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with approved plans and standards
- Supervise workers, subcontractors, and equipment on-site
- Oversee execution of civil works such as excavation, concreting, formwork, rebar, masonry, paving, and utilities
- Inspect materials, workmanship, and structural works to ensure quality and compliance
- Coordinate testing of materials such as concrete, soil, and aggregates
- Coordinate with project team members, contractors, and stakeholders
- Assist in scheduling activities and tracking project milestones
- Report daily site progress and attend coordination meetings
- Maintain site logs, progress reports, and inspection records
- Prepare as-built drawings and project turnover documents
- Monitor material delivery, usage, and requirements
- Enforce safety procedures and conduct toolbox meetings
- Identify hazards and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with building codes and environmental regulations
- Resolve site issues and provide technical guidance
- Interpret engineering drawings and assist site personnel
- Recommend improvements to construction methods and processes
