The Field Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and supporting field operations to ensure compliance with company standards, accurate reporting, and effective resource management. This role involves supervising field officers, monitoring daily activities, and coordinating with management to maintain operational integrity.
Scope Of Work
- Supervise and monitor field officers to ensure adherence to duty schedules and compliance protocols.
- Validate documentation such as receipts, attendance logs, and field visit reports for accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on field activities, compliance issues, and resource utilization.
- Conduct coaching sessions and provide guidance to field officers to improve performance and compliance.
- Manage allocation of fuel, motorcycle allowances, and other operational resources.
- Record and escalate non-compliance cases, discrepancies, or operational issues to management.
- Stakeholder Communication Coordinate with HR, management, and campaign agents to support field operations and weekend campaigns.
Skills And Qualifications
- College level, Management, or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in field operations, compliance management, or team lead roles.
- Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks, reporting standards, and operational monitoring.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel (formulas, dashboards).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
