As the Collection Officer, this position will play a pivotal role in the core of our Collections Department. Commitment to precision, leadership skills, and deep knowledge of Collection processes and collection regulations will be a critical part in achieving the ideal target of Collections Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the Collection Activities done by Netbank and Accredited Collection Agency
- Assisting the Sales Team for Actual Motor Vehicle Inspection of Collateral Vehicle
- Negotiating payment arrangements and setting up suitable repayment plans for the account that will be endorsed by Netbank (90DPD)
- Monitoring and tracking delinquent accounts, identifying trends, and recommending strategies for improvement.
- Resolving customer disputes and addressing any concerns or issues related to outstanding balances that are not able to resolve by Collection Associate.
Technical Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as finance, accounting, or business administration.
- A minimum of three (3) years of hands-on experience in Financing or banking Industry
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations: A Collections Officer should have a good understanding of the legal framework surrounding debt collection, including knowledge of fair debt collection practices, privacy laws, and any industry-specific regulations.
