Field Collections Team Leader - Naga

About the Role

Lead and support our collections team handling motorcycle loan accounts.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and supervise a team of field collectors to achieve collection targets.
• Monitor daily collection activities and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and implement action plans to improve team productivity.
• Perform account monitoring, portfolio reviews, and delinquency management.
• Coordinate field collection activities and conduct client visits when necessary.
• Prepare and submit collection performance reports and recommendations to management.
• Investigate collection issues and resolve escalated borrower concerns.
• Ensure proper documentation and timely endorsement of accounts for further collection actions.
• Travel within the assigned area to monitor accounts, support collection activities, and supervise field personnel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or any related field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in field collections, preferably handling motorcycle loans, salary loans, consumer loans, or similar lending products.
• Previous experience in a supervisory, team lead, or people management role is an advantage.
