Job Description

  • Good attendance and punctuality;
  • Coordinates with order control specialist and clients on number of bookings assigned for the day;
  • Communicates with customers to confirm either for pick up or delivery relative to sched/time, location and or address;
  • Prepare waybills and ensures accuracy and completeness of all pertinent data. Comply with the CaPEx system and other applications requirement. Guide customers on appropriate shipping standards.
  • Loads/Unloads cargo/es with safe handling and care to avoid damage;
  • Assists to resolve customer complaints regarding services and other booking concerns.
  • Informs customers of new sales and marketing initiatives
  • Collects payment as may be required by his Branch Coordinator and or Immediate Supervisor (IS); Timely remittance of collections according to company policy.
  • Coordinates with Order Control Specialist for any changes in the pick-up and delivery schedule or for any issue/s and concern/s for order management activities
  • Provides shipping advise and safe handling of cargoes.
  • Comply with company safety policies.

  • Holder of a valid driver's license, with LTO restrictions 1,2,3
  • Medically fit since the job requires lifting, pulling, pushing of cargo/parcels, may entail long drives
