Job Summary:
Carmudi PH is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Account Officer to join our Auto Financial Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing dealer accounts, and promoting our Inventory Funding solutions. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with experience in automotive financing, dealer relations, or related financial services.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
- Promote Carmudi's inventory financing products to used car dealers and auto businesses.
- Identify and pursue new dealer acquisition opportunities to expand the client base.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Account Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing dealer partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
- Conduct regular visits and follow-ups to understand client needs and optimize funding solutions.
Credit & Risk Coordination
- Collaborate with the credit and risk team to ensure proper documentation and assessment of financing applications.
- Guide clients through the funding process, including title transfer procedures and compliance requirements.
Market Intelligence
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and local automotive market dynamics.
- Provide insights and feedback to the product and marketing teams for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in auto finance, dealership sales, or account management.
- Strong understanding of vehicle title processing, dealer operations, and financing structures.
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel and conduct field visits.
