Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Examines and confirms the accuracy and legitimacy of branch records. 2. Physically inspects and reconciles branch stock, including new and repo units. To make sure that inventories are full and undamaged, TBAs and spare parts are compared to inventory records, which include the Sales Inventory Report and the Repo Parts Checklist. 3. Verifies and confirms the accuracy of sales documentation before releasing the unit to the client and submitting it for financing. 4. Verifies the accuracy of information in the Credit Investigation Report, Application, Sales Invoice, and other documents by asking customers to confirm and by checking the unit. 5. Investigates, explains matters pertaining to audit observations and findings, and provides branch staff with any necessary audit memos. 6. Discuss and recommend any changes to the Branch Manager, staff, and branch communication 7. suggests changing existing policies and procedures or putting forth new ones in order to improve branch operations. 8. Maintains the confidentiality of the audit schedule, materials, conclusions, and data collected. 9. To ensure that all collections or funds are intact, a cash count and reconciliation of branch funds such as PCF, Registration Fund, REPO Fund, Loose Coins Fund, and UD Collections is performed. 10. completes each audit engagement and submits a documented audit report with recommendations.

Qualifications:
1. A graduate of BS Accountancy or Financial Management Course. 2. Computer literate and has good communication/interpersonal skills. 3. Experience / Background in Operations Auditing is an advantage. 4. Keen to details, result-oriented and with high integrity With high regard to confidentiality. 5. Willing to do FIELD WORK.
