Company Description Asia Brewery Inc. (ABI), founded in 1982, is a major beverage manufacturer in the Philippines committed to providing high-quality products at accessible prices. Its Cabuyao plant is one of the largest and most modern fully integrated manufacturing facilities in Southeast Asia, with significant capacity for beer production. The complex includes automated glass, plastic crate, and corrugated carton plants, as well as power generation, wastewater treatment, warehousing, transportation, and bottled water operations. ABI's bottling and packaging plants serve many of the country's largest food and beverage companies, offering team members exposure to diverse products and large-scale manufacturing environments.

Role Description The Field Auditor role at Asia Brewery Inc. is a full-time, on-site position based in Pasig. The Field Auditor is responsible for conducting audits of field operations, including inventory checks, sales activities, and compliance with company policies and procedures. This role involves performing site visits, reviewing documentation and records, validating transactions, and assessing adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements. The Field Auditor prepares clear reports, highlights findings and discrepancies, and recommends corrective actions to improve processes, accuracy, and efficiency. The role also includes collaborating with operations, finance, and logistics teams, following up on action plans, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in field activities.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to review data, reconcile discrepancies, and draw evidence-based conclusions.
  • Knowledge of auditing principles, internal controls, and basic accounting concepts, preferably gained in a manufacturing, FMCG, or distribution environment.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills for preparing audit reports, presenting findings, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
  • High attention to detail, organization, and time management skills to handle multiple site visits, documentation reviews, and reporting deadlines.
  • Willingness to conduct regular fieldwork, including travel to sales offices nationwide, and work on-site in Pasig.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other office productivity tools.
  • Demonstrated integrity, discretion, and adherence to ethical standards when handling confidential information and sensitive operational issues.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant audit or internal control experience is preferred.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, adapt to changing priorities, and support continuous process improvement.
