Job Description

  • Plan, supervise, and review audit engagements (internal, operational, financial, or compliance audits).
  • Develop audit programs, timelines, and staffing plans.
  • Ensure audits are conducted in accordance with audit standards, company policies, and applicable regulations.
  • Review working papers and audit reports for accuracy, completeness, and quality.
  • Team Supervision & Development
  • Supervise, coach, and mentor audit staff and senior auditors.
  • Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Provide on-the-job training and performance feedback.
  • Assist in evaluating staff performance and recommending development plans.
  • Risk Assessment & Controls
  • Identify key risks, control weaknesses, and process inefficiencies.
  • Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls.
  • Recommend practical and value-adding improvements to management.
  • Reporting & Communication
  • Prepare and review audit findings, reports, and management recommendations.
  • Discuss audit results with auditees and management.
  • Follow up on audit issues and corrective action plans.
  • Coordination & Compliance
  • Coordinate with management, departments, and external auditors as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support audit managers in special projects and investigations when required.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any four-year course.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in auditing, internal controls, or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of auditing standards, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven leadership and team supervision skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and audit software.
  • Willingness to conduct fieldwork as required and adapt to business needs across departments.
