Field Area Supervisor
Location: Cubao, Quezon City (Onsite)

About the Role
We are looking for a Field Area Supervisor to oversee daily field operations and supervise store personnel across assigned territories. This role is responsible for monitoring sales performance, ensuring operational standards are met, building strong relationships with store personnel, and providing coaching and support to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular field visits to assigned stores and locations.
- Supervise, coach, and support sales associates and store personnel.
- Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of sales targets.
- Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to staff.
- Ensure proper product display, inventory coordination, and compliance with company standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel and store management.
- Prepare sales and field activity reports.
- Address operational and customer-related concerns in assigned stores.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding store requirements and updates.
- Manage assigned territories and travel as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
- Experience in field supervision, sales operations, or retail operations.
- Experience handling department stores is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in preparing reports and monitoring sales performance.
- Ability to manage multiple store locations and field assignments.
- Willing to work onsite in Cubao, Quezon City and travel to different areas, including remote locations, depending on the assigned territory.
