Job description
The Field Architect will be responsible for all stages of our construction projects, from initial design concepts to final construction documents. He/She will work closely with engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute architectural designs and construction plans for a variety of projects.
- Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and BOQs (Bills of Quantities) in compliance with local building standards and regulations, including the National Building Code of the Philippines (PD 1096).
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure construction aligns with design specifications.
- Manage project timelines and budgets efficiently.
- Revise and update designs based on feedback and project requirements.
Qualifications:
- A licensed and registered Architect in the Philippines.
- Proven experience as an Architect in the construction or real estate industry in the Philippines.
- Proficiency in architectural software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar programs.
- Strong knowledge of the National Building Code of the Philippines and other relevant local regulations.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for innovative design.
- Willingness to travel across project sites
