The
Field Appraiser is primarily responsible in conducting field Inspection and other related lending activities in Appraisal, Credit Investigation, Title Verification, and Annotation / Encumbrance of Mortgage with Government Agencies.
Responsibilities
- valuation real estate properties/auto/machinery offered as collateral and performance of other appraisal related assignments ;
- verifying the authenticity, acceptability and regularity of annotations and restrictions on or made on of the certificate of title/s of property/ies being offered as collateral/s ;
- factual, reliable and truthful investigation reports based on field credit investigation checking results.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related courses
- Registered Engineer or Registered Real Estate Appraiser (REA) is a plus
- Able to read/interpret building floor plans and bills of materials, understand the cartesian coordinate system.
- Good command of the oral and written language.
- Computer Literate.
- Good interpersonal relationship.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
