Field Appraiser Officer - LTC

Your Role

The Field Appraiser Officer is responsible for conducting property inspections, title verification, appraisal, and valuation of real estate and chattel assets offered as loan collateral. The role ensures that collateral assessments are accurate, complete, and aligned with the Bank's appraisal standards, policies, and approval matrix to support sound credit decisions and effective risk management.

Your Impact

• Conduct field inspections, verification, and proper pinpointing of real estate and chattel properties offered as collateral.

•Perform title verification and assess ownership, encumbrances, liens, and other factors olfecting collateral eligibility.

•Evaluate land, improvements, neighborhood characteristics, and market conditions to determine property values.

* Prepare accurate, comprehensive, and timely appraisal and title verification reports based on Bank valuation standards and methodologies.

* Review and approve appraisal reports within the prescribed approval authority and validate outsourced appraisal reports when applicable.

• Ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of appraisal reports submitted to Business Units.

• Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of appraisal information while adhering to Bank policies and regulatory requirements.

• Participate in process improvement initiatives and support additional appraisal-related assignments as required.

Your Profile

• Graduate of 4-years course, preferably Civil Engineering or any Business-related course.
• Preferably 1-3 years experienced in Appraisal and Credit Process.
• Knowledgeable in appraisal and credit policies and procedures.
• Licensed Appraiser (preferred but not required).
