Job Description

The Field Appraiser is primarily responsible in conducting field Inspection and other related lending activities in Appraisal, Credit Investigation, Title Verification, and Annotation / Encumbrance of Mortgage with Government Agencies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related courses
Accepting Registered Engineer or Registered Real Estate Appraiser (REA)
Willing to go to site visits
Able to read/interpret building floor plans and bills of materials, understand the cartesian coordinate system.
Good command of the oral and written language.
Computer Literate.
Good interpersonal relationship.
