Field Appraiser (Makati)

The Field Appraiser is primarily responsible in conducting field Inspection and other related lending activities in Appraisal, Credit Investigation, Title Verification, and Annotation / Encumbrance of Mortgage with Government Agencies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related courses
• Preferable a Registered Engineer or Registered Real Estate Appraiser (REA
• Able to read/interpret building floor plans and bills of materials, understand the cartesian coordinate system.
• Good command of the oral and written language.
• Computer Literate.
• Good interpersonal relationship.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
