Job Description

The Field Appraiser is primarily responsible in conducting field Inspection and other related lending activities in Appraisal, Credit Investigation, Title Verification, and Annotation / Encumbrance of Mortgage with Government Agencies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related courses
Willing to have frequent fieldwork and physically demanding activities
Able to read/interpret building floor plans and bills of materials, understand the cartesian coordinate system.
Good command of the oral and written language.
Computer Literate.
Good interpersonal relationship.
Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
