Job Description
Job Requirements
Transportation Allowance
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Automation, Power Electronics, Communications, or any related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in:
- Field Application Engineering (FAE)
- Technical Support
- Solar/PV Industry
- Inverters
- Microcontrollers
- Power Electronics
- Hands-on experience in installation, troubleshooting, commissioning, and technical support is highly preferred.
- Strong English communication skills for daily work and coordination with international teams.
- Proactive, responsible, and able to adapt quickly to different work environments.
- Willing to perform fieldwork and site visits as required.
- Must be available to start immediately. Candidates with a 1–2 month notice period will not be considered.
Transportation Allowance
- Monthly transportation allowance
- Transportation expenses exceeding the allowance may be reimbursed in accordance with company policy
- 5 working days per week
- 8 working hours per day
- Flexible work setup with no fixed workplace at present
- Company office available for work-related activities and meetings
- Work-from-home arrangement may be permitted when there are no on-site assignments
- Field-based role requiring travel to customer and project sites as needed
- Position is fully based in the Philippines
