About The Role

Join our team as a Field Account Specialist and be the face of Kaulix in the community. You will be responsible for building relationships with borrowers, conducting field verifications, and ensuring excellent customer experience on the ground.

Requirements

• With valid driving license
• College Level or Graduate
• Comfortable using mobile apps
• Willing to do daily field work
• Familiar with CDO areas (plus)
  
  

Responsibilities

• Conduct field verifications and customer visits
• Build and maintain relationships with borrowers
• Assist customers with loan applications and inquiries
• Collect payments and provide receipts
• Report daily activities and customer feedback
• Represent Kaulix professionally in the community
