Fiber & Network Tech Support Specialist

Universal Access and Systems Solutions Inc. is seeking a Technical Support Representative in Pampanga to provide excellent customer service via phone, email, or chat. The role involves handling inbound calls, using various tools, and resolving issues from start to finish.

The ideal candidate has strong English communication, basic fiber optics and network troubleshooting knowledge, and a customer-focused mindset. Prior BPO experience is a plus.
