Field Force Operations Strategy Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and innovative Field Force Operations Strategy Designer to develop and optimize deployment plans, coverage strategies, and store grading systems. The ideal candidate will drive operational efficiency and market expansion by designing data-driven strategies for mall leader deployment, coverage expansion, and store clustering. This role requires a deep understanding of field force operations, market dynamics, and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Store Grading & Clustering:
- Develop and update store grading systems based on sales potential, footprint, and other key metrics.
- Create and refine store clusters to optimize resource allocation and coverage.
Coverage & Deployment Strategy:
- Design and implement mall leader deployment plans to maximize coverage and field force efficiency.
- Analyze market data to identify target areas for coverage expansion and guide deployment efforts.
Market & Data Analysis:
- Utilize sales, customer, and market data to inform strategic decisions.
- Evaluate current coverage models and recommend improvements to enhance market penetration.
Operational Planning & Execution:
- Collaborate with sales and field teams to translate strategies into actionable plans.
- Monitor deployment effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed to meet business objectives.
Stakeholder Coordination:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and supply chain to align strategies.
- Present strategic plans and findings to senior management and field teams.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in field force management, retail operations, or sales strategy development.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and usage patterns.
- Experience in developing deployment and coverage expansion strategies.
- Knowledge of store grading, clustering methodologies, and market segmentation techniques.
- Excellent strategic thinking and planning abilities.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, Economics, or related fields.
- Experience with market research, retail analytics, and geographic information systems (GIS).
- Familiarity with retail or mall environment and associated operational challenges.
