Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Agency & Field Operations Manager to lead and coordinate manpower agencies for the mobile and consumer electronics industries. This role involves overseeing the recruitment, management, and performance of field-based promoters through agency partnerships, ensuring seamless execution of field activities across multiple locations. The ideal candidate has a strong agency background, a deep understanding of field operations, and proven expertise in building effective partnerships with manpower providers.
Key Responsibilities:
Agency Partnership & Management
• Establish and maintain strategic relationships with manpower and HR agencies.
• Manage and monitor the quality of services delivered by partner agencies.
• Collaborate with agencies on recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations of promoters.
• Ensure agency compliance with company standards
Field Force Oversight
• Supervise daily operations of field promoters, ensuring adherence to attendance, professionalism, and KPIs.
• Conduct regular field visits to assess performance, morale, and operational issues.
• Oversee scheduling, punctuality, and resource allocation.
• Ensure promoters are equipped with appropriate materials, tools, and product knowledge, especially within mobile and consumer electronics.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
• Track key performance metrics such as attendance, product knowledge, customer engagement, and sales activities.
• Collaborate with agencies to address performance gaps and implement corrective measures.
• Provide timely, comprehensive reports on field activities, challenges, and achievements to management.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience managing field teams and working with manpower agencies, especially in the mobile and consumer electronics sectors.
• Strong background in agency management, workforce coordination, and field operations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to lead multiple teams across locations and manage large-scale workforce projects.
Preferred Skills:
• Extensive experience working with manpower agencies for large-scale recruitment and workforce deployment.
• Good understanding of the mobile and consumer electronics industry, including product knowledge and customer engagement strategies.
• Proficiency with field force management tools and software.
