An amazing opportunity to work with a leading Australian Commercial Fencing Contractors Company for an experienced, vibrant, and highly motivated Fencing Estimator VA.
Reporting to the Director and working with direction from the internal team, you will be a self-starting, highly organised, and experienced Fencing Estimator VA.
General Purpose
To provide clients with an estimate on fencing projects and maintain a gross profit margin of a minimum 40%.
Main Tasks and Role Responsibilities
- Estimating of fencing projects (this may include liaising with the client)
- Completing tender cover sheets for issue to the General Manager
- Procurement of pricing on required materials for estimating
- Providing accurate data through Estimating Pipeline and Management Reports
- Ability to log into industry-related portals and identify and quote for fencing projects
- Follow up quoted jobs with clients
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the Fencing industry estimating or the construction industry (preferred, not essential)
- With international fencing, estimation is highly desirable
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a Trade certificate in a relevant field such as construction or fencing (preferably not essential)
- Familiarity with EstimateOne (E1), SIMPRO or similar software
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Work Environment & Expectations
While this is a work-from-home position, it is important to note that this is a full-time rolenot a freelance or flexible-hour arrangement. You will be expected to work a fixed shift and maintain a high level of professionalism and accountability, just as you would in an office environment.
This role requires:
- Discipline and commitment to set working hours (strict shift times, not flexible)
- Use of time tracking software during work hours
- Active participation in team and client calls with your camera ON
- Consistent availability and responsiveness throughout your shift
- Treating this as a long-term, full-time jobnot a side gig or freelance task
Payroll is processed bi-monthly.

Benefits
1. Monthly Salary: Php 35,000
2. Salary will be paid on a bi-monthly basis on the 15th and 30th or 31st of each month
3. You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippines public holidays
4. Probation:
6 months and after Probation- 10 days annual leave credits
- 5 days of sick leave
5. HMO offered after 6-months probation
6. Eligible for 13th Month Pay after 30 days
7. Annual Salary Review
8. Laptop provided after 30 days
9. Permanent work-from-home role. You will have to use your own internet.
10. SHIFT TIMES: 6:30AM to 3:30PM Philippine time, Monday to Friday
