HR and Training Manager
(Kalayaan, Quezon City)
Handles and manages all HR functions, assists top management in policy-making and strategic planning, and contributes to achieving company goals by meeting KPI targets, managing projects and tasks on time, and adhering to reporting requirements, company guidelines, and core values.
Qualifications
- Female
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or a related field.
- CHRP (Certified HR Professional) certification, preferably with master's units.
- At least 5 years of solid experience in Human Resources.
- Proficient in all HR functions.
Salary: Depends on skills and experience.
Work Location: Kalayaan, Quezon City
Work Schedule: Mon-Thurs 8-6 pm, Fridays 8-5 pm, every other Saturday 8-5 pm
