About the Company

As a key subsidiary of SMC Infrastructure, you will join the Company that is responsible for the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) of the MRT7 project. The MRT7 Project is set to redefine the commute between Metro Manila and Bulacan by introducing a modern, high-efficiency rail network.

The MRT7 Project at a Glance

The MRT7 is a 22-kilometer rail and road system extending from North Avenue in Quezon City to San Jose del Monte, Bulacan. Designed to be a backbone of northern metropolitan transit, the project features 14 strategically placed stations, including Quezon North Avenue Joint Station, University Avenue, Batasan, and San Jose del Monte.

Once fully operational, the MRT7 is engineered to support a massive daily capacity of up to 650,000 passengers, offering a faster and more seamless travel experience for the commuting public.

About the Role

The Fault Management Lead oversees the day-to-day compliance and operational performance of the MRT7 system to ensure it consistently meets established policies, standards, and KPI matrices. Central to this position is the coordination of diagnostics and fault resolution for E&M and Facility assets including structural, architectural, and MEPF systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day compliance and performance of the MRT7 system ensuring alignment with established policies, standards, procedures, and KPI matrices.
  • Coordinate the diagnosis, analysis, and resolution of faults in E&M and Facility (Structural & Architectural, MEPF) in accordance with RAMS.
  • Consolidate key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives of section to achieve asset performance, reliability, availability, and efficient utilization of assets.
  • Provide support in identifying areas for improvement to achieve KPI targets based on Fault/Incident Analysis.
  • Contribute to analysis reports for implementing corrective actions by identifying root causes of failures.
  • Oversee preparation of reports to management in the event of maintenance or operational non-compliance.
  • Support the section head in the development and optimization of maintenance procedures.
  • Ensure that the developed/optimized maintenance procedures are correctly inputted into the system.
  • Optimize maintenance processes, minimize downtime, and enhance overall efficiency.
  • Ensure that the implementation of approved maintenance procedures is being monitored regularly.
  • Oversee and manage the overall goals and performance of team members.
  • Contribute to the technical training programs for team members.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree graduate in Railway Engineering or other specialized Engineering courses.
  • PRC License Holder (except for Industrial and Railway Engineer)
  • One (1) to three (3) years of work experience as a supervisor or three (3) to five (5) years overall work experience.
