Job Title: Graphic Designer
Location: Pasig, Philippines
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Hybrid)
JOB DETAILS
This role is ideal for a self-starter motivated by results, efficiency and optimisation, who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce marketing materials, including web banners, social media assets, email campaigns, and product graphics.
- Create and maintain consistent visual branding across all digital channels (website, ads, newsletters, social media).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize campaign visuals that align with seasonal launches and promotions.
- Work with photographers and content creators to enhance product images and promotional assets.
- Prepare print-ready artwork for packaging, posters, and in-store collaterals (as needed).
- Stay updated with design trends, e-commerce visuals, and consumer engagement strategies.
- Ensure timely delivery of design outputs while maintaining high quality and attention to detail.
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, or related field.
- 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in e-commerce, fashion, or retail brands.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva/Figma.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual composition.
- Experience designing for digital marketing (social media ads, email, e-commerce platforms).
- Knowledge of basic video editing and motion graphics (After Effects or Premiere) is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
