Farmer Activation Supervisor

Job Summary

To lead the execution of sales activation strategies. To ensure the Implementation and execution of campaigns and promotions to drive sales and engagement. To lead and manage his assigned Regional Farmers Promotion team in implementing agreed Below the Line activities to achieve short-term and strategic business objectives, in line with the product marketing strategies developed by the Marketing Group. To serve as a lead between farmers and the commercial team.

Responsibilities

• Achievement of annual and medium-term quantitative marketing goals like sales, market share, profitability, asset ratios, consumer funnel, etc., in line with agreed local product strategies
• Oversee the Implementation, Monitoring & evaluation of agreed Below the line activities
• Networking with government & research institutions, academe & key farmer groups & influencers
• Motivation, training, coaching and development of all members of the Farmers Promotion team
• Contribution to the formulation and execution of the overall business strategy, policies, and guidelines
• Contribution to the development of a local corporate culture
• Optimization of existing and future new business opportunities
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams in defining and implementing technical support programs for end users
• Gathering and submission of up-to-date and accurate market information pertaining to market potential, competitive situation & activities, plus other market information as required by the marketing team
• Communication to the Farmers Promotion team of new or changes in company policies and procedures
• Management of company assets

Minimum Requirements

• Preferably BS Agribusiness Management or its equivalent
• Philippine agricultural market, Philippine vegetable seed business distribution system
• Sales management, Basic Marketing, Financials and Project and budget management
• Agri-technologies and services, seed production technology
• Demand Chain
• Leadership, Communication, Training & Coaching, Supervising, Negotiation and Analytical
• Project and Budget Management, Change Management, Networking, Computer literacy
• Sales or marketing experience
• Project and Budget management, team building
• Staff training & development, change management
• Networking with government research & academe
