Job Summary
The Admin Associate for the BDO Private Bank Family Office is responsible for the comprehensive management of non-financial assets, including property administration and oversight of the Safety Deposit Box vault and Family Office document vault. In this role, the Admin Associate ensures efficient operations and effective stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily activities related to document management and record-keeping for non-financial assets
Oversee the administration of real properties and corporate vehicles held under Trust
Serves as dedicated custodian of the SDB vault and Family Office document vault
Organize, file, and securely store relevant documents, correspondence, contracts, and agreements
Manage transaction requirements, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies
Qualifications
Completion of any 4-year Bachelor's Degree
3 to 5 years work experience in banking, administrative support, and opertional oversight.
Required Skills
Proficient in computer and business applications
Excellent communication skills and customer focus
High professionalism and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Strong organization skills
