Family Health Care Coordinator

Glory Reborn is a Christian non-profit serving mothers, babies, and families in Cebu City. We are looking for a Family Health Care Coordinator to make sure every family member who walks through our doors is enrolled in the right PhilHealth package, cared for, and correctly documented.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Welcome families at the front desk, verify PhilHealth eligibility, and enroll each member in the right package (Expanded Maternity Care or YAKAP)
• Make sure every checkup, laboratory test, and service is recorded in the EMR on the same day
• Prepare and complete all PhilHealth forms: file YAKAP claims through the EMR and forward maternity claim documents to the Billing Officer
• Track claims, follow up on denied or returned claims, and reconcile records monthly
• Serve as each family's point of contact and follow up on missed visits with the clinical and social work teams

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing Administration, or Public Health
• Experience with PhilHealth (PHIC) forms and claims, ideally Expanded Maternity Care, newborn care (EMCP), and YAKAP
• Experience using an EMR system
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a person of integrity
• Fluent in Cebuano and English
• Aligned with our Christian faith and mission, with a heart for serving the community

SCHEDULE

6 days a week, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, at our clinic in Basak San Nicolas, Cebu City
