Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
- Safely transport family members to work, school, appointments, meetings, and other destinations.
- Follow assigned schedules and ensure punctual arrival and departure.
- Plan efficient travel routes to avoid delays and traffic congestion.
- Ensure the assigned vehicle is clean, properly maintained, and in excellent running condition.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections, including checking fuel, oil, tire pressure, coolant, lights, and brakes.
- Arrange preventive maintenance, repairs, registration renewal, and emission testing when necessary.
- Keep accurate records of vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, and travel logs.
- Assist family members with loading and unloading luggage, groceries, packages, or personal belongings.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the family's personal information, schedules, and activities.
- Observe all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company policies.
- Respond professionally and calmly during emergencies or unexpected situations.
- Perform other driving or messenger-related tasks as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Professional Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Family Driver, Executive Driver, or Personal Driver.
- Knowledgeable of Metro Manila routes and nearby provinces.
- Familiar with manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
- Trustworthy, honest, respectful, and maintains strict confidentiality.
- Physically fit with good eyesight and overall health.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays when necessary.
- No history of serious traffic violations or criminal offenses.
