Job Summary

The Failure Analysis Technician role is critical in identifying root causes of product failures and supporting continuous improvement across our manufacturing and engineering processes. Analyze product malfunctions or failures, ensures that products comply with the parameters.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed failure analysis investigations on products or equipment.
  • Collaborate, develop and implement plants to address root causes of failures.
  • Maintain the level of units for FA below the set maximum limit.
  • Help in the line in compliance of quality level in terms of test failure
  • Timeliness, accuracy, and quality of our FA results.
  • Document findings and prepare detailed technical reports.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in failure analysis or related technical role.
  • Experience in electronics manufacturing.
  • Solid understanding of engineering principles, product design fundamentals, and manufacturing processes.
  • Proficiency with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, programmable AC/DC power supplies, multimeters, electronic loads, power analyzers, and logic analyzers.
  • Strong knowledge of power electronics, including converter topologies, AC/DC circuits, and magnetics.
  • Experience in component‑level testing and isolation procedures.
  • Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics accurately.
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Willingness to be assigned at the Cavite site
