Perform Failure Analysis (FA) activities to support business and customer requirements.
Gather, analyze, and document FA data and reports accurately and on time.
Support preventive maintenance activities for laboratory equipment.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and laboratory procedures.
Assist in improving FA processes and laboratory systems.
Participate in required trainings and continuous improvement initiatives.
Perform other assigned laboratory and administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science (Electronics, Electrical, Chemistry, Physics, Materials Science, or related field).
Open to fresh graduates but candidates with up to 2 years of laboratory experience, preferably in failure analysis, semiconductor assembly, or related laboratory environments are encouraged to apply.
Knowledge of Failure Analysis principles, material science, and laboratory techniques.
Familiar with 8D, FMEA, problem-solving tools, technical writing, and safety standards.
Good analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
