Job Description
Key Responsibilities of the Facultative Reinsurance Technician:
- Support facultative placement administration from inception through settlement.
- Review and process placement documentation, endorsements, and contracts.
- Coordinate with insurers, reinsurers, brokers, and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records and update operational systems.
- Assist with premium processing, invoicing, and reconciliation activities.
- Support claims administration and follow-up on outstanding matters.
- Prepare reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.

- Insurance industry experience is required.
- Exposure to facultative reinsurance or reinsurance operations is an advantage.
- Understanding of insurance policies, underwriting, or claims processes.
